The Across team is led by Lina Molaris, the founder and managing partner.

Lina has a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from PUC – Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Her Master’s thesis analyzes relevant affective factors in the language learning process. More specifically in her study, she identified sources of anxiety in the classroom context.

She has over 25 years’ experience in language teaching at PUC-SP, where she was a professor in the English Language and Literature Department and at Cel-Lep, in the position of teacher training and pedagogical coordinator, leading the team, which developed and implemented the course in use for over 20 years. 

Currently Lina provides consulting services in the performance assessment area and sets up in-company language training programs exclusively in the corporate environment. Over the last years, she designed and implemented programs enhancing communications in National and Multinational companies in the financial, commercial, industrial and technological segments.
